RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. You must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for your return by emailing; sales@ragazzajewelers.com. Items must be in their original unused new condition and include all packaging materials. Returns WILL NOT be accepted for any items altered by the result of adjustments or work performed by anyone other than Ragazza Jewelers including outside re-sizing adjustments or re-mountings. Returns are NOT accepted for customized orders. Refunds will be processed for the purchase price minus shipping charges and $9.95 for custom sized items.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the sale date. The customer is responsible for any difference in price including the return shipping charge. If an item is returned for an exchange and requires any labor such as cleaning, polishing or a Rhodium bath the customer will be charged accordingly. Exchanges for any item received with defects will be our responsibility for any expenses incurred including return shipping charges.

WARRANTY
Your purchase is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee policy. If under normal wear and circumstances your stones become discolored, cracked or chipped, we will replace them free of charge. Also included is our Lifetime Extended Service Plan. This valuable plan includes cleaning, polishing, security checks, and Rhodium dips (for white gold). A $9.95 return shipping fee is required.

Most items are processed & shipped within 2-3 business days. Google checkout requires an additional 3 days processing time. Custom sizing requires an additional 5-7 days processing time. If you need your item by a special date, please let us know immediately so we may process your order as quickly as possible. Upgraded shipping is also recommended for Rush Orders.

International packages are shipped out once a week via USPS Express Mail International and require an additional 5-10 business days (depending on customs and location) to arrive. We are NOT responsible for any duty fees or taxes that may be charged through your countries customs.

LOST OR LATE SHIPMENTS:
Shipments that are lost or late due to incorrect address information are the customers responsibility. We will contact you to arrange for a new shipment to your corrected address. The customer will be responsible for new shipping charges.
