First Class shipping is set by default. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, use the drop down menu to choose your preference. When your transaction is completed you will be presented with a printable receipt along with your new order number.

Warranty Service and new sizing orders may be completed through our on-line secure shopping cart and Google Checkout. Please provide all necessary information. Upgraded shipping methods are available at the checkout page and must be added to your cart if you wish to upgrade. All purchases outside the US must include payment for USPS Express International shipping available at the checkout page.

Warranty service is for free cleaning, stone tightening, security checks, Rhodium baths for white gold and polishing. For this service please submit payment for your return shipping and add your certificate number(s) in the box provided below. Enter the number for how many items are being returned for service. Each item is charged the return shipping fee. We will then contact you by email with your RMA instructions to return your item(s) for service.

Ring sizing is also available to current customers. Choose your new size, add your warranty certificate number or all purchase information if you do not hold a certificate. When your ring is received it will be re-sized as well as serviced.

We must be notified of your return for service. Once your payment information has been verified you will be provided with a printable receipt with your order number and information. Your email confirmation will be sent after your purchase is complete. Checkout will include your return insured shipping fee. Once service is completed email tracking information will be sent.
